About me

My journey has been shaped by three distinct careers. First, as an engineer, I spent over two decades in the computer science industry, serving as an AI System Engineer, Chief Technology Officer of a New Zealand-based software startup, and Business Performance and Quality Consultant. My work took me across the globe, from California and Texas to Singapore, New Zealand, and throughout Europe.
In my second career, I shifted focus to human potential. Drawing on my education in humanistic psychotherapy, Viktor Frankl’s purpose-based approaches, systems thinking, Spiral Dynamics, and systemic coaching, I became a trainer, lecturer, and mentor, dedicated to fostering growth, development, and self-actualization.
Now, as a fiction and non-fiction writer, I critically explore what it means to be human in an age of disruptive technological advancements, climate change, and shifting societal structures. Through poems and novels, I examine themes of humanity, religion, and progress, aiming to spark meaningful conversations about their consequences. My mission is to facilitate human development and integration, helping individuals and communities thrive in a rapidly changing world.

My journey continues to inspire my writing and my belief in the transformative power of human connection.
